This Indenture
Witnesseth, That Miriam O. Pickett of Parke County in the State of Indiana
convey and warrant to George Wilkins of Parke County, in the State of Indiana
for the sum of Two hundred and ninety two Dollars the following Real Estate in
Parke County in the State of Indiana, to-wit; Commencing 68 3/4 poles South of
the North West corner of Section Twelve (12) Township Sixteen (16) North of
Range Eight (8) West, Thence North 18 poles and 11 links thence West 42 1/4
poles, thence South 18 poles and 11 links, thence East 42 1/4 poles to the
place of beginning containing 4 87/100 acres.
In witness whereof, the said Miriam Pickett this 14th day of April 1871
has hereunto set her hand and seal.
