This Indenture Witnesseth That George Wilkins and Eliza Wilkins his wife of Parke County in the State of Indiana convey and warrant to William Moore of Parke County in the State of Indiana for the sum of Five hundred Dollars the following Real Estate in Parke County in the State of Indiana to wit: The South East quarter of the North West quarter of Section Twenty Nine (29) in Township Seventeen (17) North of Range Seven (7) West containing Forty acres more or less.      

   This Deed is made subject to a balance on a judgement in the Parke Circuit Court in favor of John Cox against James H Moore.

   In witness whereof the said George Wilkins and Eliza Wilkins his wife have hereunto set their hand and seal this first day of September A.D. 1876
