This Indenture Witnesseth that George Wilkins
and Eliza Wilkins his wife of Parke County in the State of Indiana convey and
warrant to Flo Webster of Parke County in the State of Indiana for the sum of
Five hundred and twenty five Dollars the following Real Estate in Parke County
in the State of Indiana to wit: commencing sixty (60) feet East of the South
East corner of Block number five (5) in the Original Town Plat of the Town of
Annapolis Indiana running thence North sixty (60) feet Thence East two hundred
and forty (240) feet Thence South sixty (60) feet Thence West two hundred and
forty (240) feet to the place of beginning.
In witness whereof the said George Wilkins
and Eliza Wilkins his wife have hereunto set their hands and seals this 7th day
of April A.D. 1876
