This Indenture Witnesseth that
William N. Moore, John D Moore and James H Moore of Parke County in the State
of Indiana Convey and Warrant to George Wilkins against all claims Except a
lease given to a Petroleum Company for coal and oil of Parke County in the
State of Indiana for the sum of Fifteen hundred Dollars the following Real
Estate in Parke County in the State of Indiana towit; The South West quarter of
the South West quarter of Section Twenty (20) Township Seventeen (17) North of
Range Seven (7) West. Also the North
West quarter of the North West quarter and the South East quarter of the North
West quarter of Section Twenty Nine (29) in Town Seventeen (17) North of Range
Seven (7) West Containing one hundred and twenty acres more or less.
