This Indenture Witnesseth that George
Wilkins and Eliza Wilkins his Wife of Parke County in the State of Indiana
convey and warrant to William Hendrick of Parke County in the State of Indiana
for the sum of Eight hundred Dollars the following Real Estate in Parke County
in the state of Indiana towit: A part of
the South West quarter of Section three (3) Township Sixteen (16) North of
Range Eight (8) West. Commencing at the
South East corner of Said quarter Section running thence West Sixteen rods, thence North Ten
(10) rods, thence East Sixteen (16) rods, thence South Ten (10) rods to the
place of beginning. Containing One Acre
more or less with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging.
In Witness Whereof the said George Wilkins
and Eliza Wilkins his wife have hereunto set theirs hand and seals this seventh
day of February A.D. 1877
