Michele L. Thomas, 40, passed away Sunday, June 16, 2013 at Mt. Vernon Nursing and Rehabilitation.

She was born September 23, 1972 in Evansville, IN to Lonnie and Bonnie (Gross) Thomas.

She had worked at GARC, and loved to dance and sing karaoke.

Michele was preceded in death by her father.

She is survived by her mother, Bonnie Thomas; brother, Jamey (Robin) Thomas; aunts, Carolyn (Ben) Coburn, and Juanita (Jerry) Russell; nieces and nephews, Kayla and Derek Thomas, Brandon Geary, Josh Goodwin and Rebekah (Trent) Thompson.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm Wednesday June 19, 2013 at Schneider Funeral Home 512 Main St. in Mt. Vernon with burial to follow at Bellefontaine cemetery

Visitation will be from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm service time Wednesday at the funeral home.
