JAMES ANDREW ALLDRIDGE

James Andrew Alldridge, 79, a former Mt. Vernon resident and a brother of the late Mrs. Mike Maas, Mt. Vernon, died during the weekend in Denver Colo., where he had resided for 39 years.  He was a visitor in Mt. Vernon a year ago.

 

For a number of years Mt. Alldridge was an employe of the former MacGregor Planing Mill in Mt. Vernon.  During his residence in Denver until his retirement nine years ago he was an employed by Armour & Company.

 

Nearest surviving relatives are two daughters, Mrs. Robert J. McGlone, Denver, and Mrs. Orville Hironimus, Evansville; a son Doerr Alldridge, San Francisco; 14 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, and a brother, Thomas Alldridge, Oakland, Calif.  Clifford Maas, Mt. Vernon was a nephew of the deceased and Elmo E Dunn., Mt. Vernon a cousin.
