MRS ADDIE ALMON

Mrs Addie Almon, 94 of Mt. Vernon died last Thursday (18 Apr 1985) in Regina Pacis Home in Evansville.

Funeral services were held Sunday at Norvell Funeral Home with the Rev. John Pastore officiating.  Burial was in the Poseyville Cemetery.

She was born Feb 2, 1891, in Posey County, the daughter of Thomas and Elizabeth Durbin Brown.

She was a 50 -year member of Sunbeam Chapter, Order of Eastern Star.

She married Harvey Almon, who died in 1956.

Surviving are two nephews, Durbin G. Brown of Hammond and Edward S Brown of Albuquerque, and two nieces, Mrs. Ruth Atwood of Munster and Mrs. Rebekah Martz of Bloomington.
