Louis M. Alsop, 81, retired Center twp.
farmer and one time trustee of Center Twp. died at his home Friday (26 Oct 1956) after suffering a stroke at
the supper table on Thursday evening. The deceased was of a pioneer
Mr. and Mrs. Alsop moved to Poseyville in 1950. They celebrated their 50th
wedding anniversary in December 1949.
Funeral services were Sunday at Werry
Chapel with Rev. Leo Dodd of
Burial was in the Poseyville
Cemetery.
