RESIDENT OF MT PLEASANT IS DEAD

Mrs. Nancy  Wilson Anderson, aged 77 years, wife of Joseph J. Anderson, a prominent and well known lady of the Mt. Pleasant neighborhood, died at her home on the old Wilson homestead at 10:45 o'clock Monday morning, October 9.

 

The deceased was a daughter of John and Sarah Wilson, prominent pioneers.

 

Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the Mt. Pleasant church, the services being in charge of Rev. Andrew Reister, and the Cynthiana Royal Neighbors, deceased being a member of the local order.  Burial was in the cemetery near by.

 

Mrs. Anderson had been in poor health for some time and about a week ago suffered a paralytic stroke.

 

Surviving are the husband, Joseph J. Anderson, an adopted daughter, Mrs. Charles Allmpn; two grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. John Hunter, and a brother, Marshall Wilson.
