This from the Terre Haute Tribune (Vigo County, IN), Wednesday, May 15, 1918 page 2:

Mrs. Anna M. Arthur, 37 years old, died at 7:30 o'clock Tuesday (14 May 1918) night at the home, 733 South Second street.

She is survived by the widower, Henry; two sons; one daughter; three brothers, and three sisters.

The funeral will be held at 10 o'clock Friday morning at the residence. Burial will be in New Harmony. (Posey County, IN)
