Funeral services for Mrs. Charles (Sarah Opal) Banks, 69, who died
4:18 p.m. Friday (17 Dec 1971) in
Wabash General hospital, will be 1 p.m. Tuesday in Short Memorial chapel with
interment in Highland Memorial cemetery.
Survivors include three sons, Raymond Jr., Fred and David, all of
Mt. Carmel; seven daughters, Mrs. Helen Wilkinson of Madison, Ill; Ms. Lucille
Sager; Mrs. Betty Adams; Mrs. Gina Wirth; Mrs. Robert Anthis,
all of Mt. Carmel; Mrs Pauline Snyder of Vincennes,
Mrs. Barbara Wright of Kankakee, Ill, three sisters, Mrs. Ester Wistman of Mt. Carmel; Mrs. Ruth Coomer
of Princeton; Mrs. Vera Haggard of Ocala, Fla; three
grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren.
