PERLIE BARRETT

PERLIE Barrett, of Princeton died at 1:30 p.m. Monday in Gibson General Hospital after nine weeks illness.

 

Mr. Barrett was born May 24, 1910 on Logan Township, Pike County.  He had recently resided in Princeton, moving here from in Oatsville.  Mt. Barrett was an Oil Frilled worker.  He was a member of Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church.

 

Surviving are his wife, Eilene; two sons, Gary of Oxford, Ohio and Max of Princeton, four sisters, Mrs. Lovie Wiseman of Oakland City, Mrs. Edna Mason of Coe, Ind.,Mrs. Paul Walter of Princeton and Mrs. Frances Loveless of Petersburg.

 

Services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at Colvin Chapel with burial in Atkinson Chapel.  Rev. Jewell DeWes will officiate.

 

Friends may call at Colvin and Son Mortuary after 3:30 p.m. Wednesday.
