Cleveland Beard, 86, of Oakland City, died at 7:10 p.m. Tuesday at Fayette County hospital in Connersville. Mr. Beard was born Nov.
20, 1884 in Pike
county.
Surviving are two sons, Byron of Connersville, Leonard of Eaton, Ohio; four daughters, Mrs. Marie Ashby and
Mrs. Leona Willis both of Petersburg, Mrs. Delma
Jarrell of Seymour, Mrs. Magaline Williams of Miamiburg, Ohio; 37 grandchildren; 78
great-grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Corn Mortuary, Oakland City with burial in Martin Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Friday.
