Mrs. Mary Richter Behrick, 78, widow of
Charles Behrick and a highly respected resident of
Mt. Vernon most of her life, died Friday (29
Jan 1954) afternoon in St. Mary's Hospital in Evansville, an hour and a
half after she entered the hospital for treatment of a chronic coronary
condition.

great-grandchildren; the brother, John Richter, and three sisters, Mrs. Carrie Rohry, Evansville and Mrs. Elizabeth Lengelson
and Mrs. Katherine Ziegler, Mt. Vernon, a daughter, Mrs. Lucille Behrick Bivin, wife of Burgess Bivin, was killed in an auto wreck near Owensboro, Ky in 1951.
