MRS RUBY BORN DIED AFTER LONG ILLNESS

Mrs. Ruby Constance Boren, 81, of Cynthiana died Sunday morning, Feb 9, 1975 at the home of her daughter, Mrs. James A. (Evelyn) Calvert of Route 1 Haubstadt after a long illness.

 

Mrs. Boren had lived with her daughter since the death of her husband, Arlie Boren, who passed away in 1968.  She was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Cynthiana, and a 50 year member of the Cynthiana Order of Eastern Star Chapter.

 

Also surviving are a son, Dr. Robert L. Boren of Greenwood, In.; six grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter.

 

Services were held at 2 p .m. Wednesday at Werry Funeral Chapel in Cynthiana with Rev. James Alexander and Rev. Dale Tenison officiating.  Burial in Liberty Cemetery.

Services will be at 2 p.m. on Wednesday at Werry Funeral Home in Cynthiana, with burial in New Liberty Cemetery.

 

Friends may call after 2 p.m on Tuesday at the funeral home.
