Joyce Boyer, 56, of Mount Vernon, died at 8:30 p.m. Thursday, June 28 at Welborn Hospital.

She was a teller at People's Bank and Trust Co., a member of First Christian Church and a member of the Owen Dunn Post of the American Legion Auxiliary.

Survivors include her husband, Arnold; a son Dale Alldredge, of Mt. Vernon, a daughter, Rhonda Cargill of Mt. Vernon; two stepsons, Randy and Roger Boyer of Mt. Vernon; a stepdaughter, Peggy Heintzelman of Draffenville, Ky; a brother, William Bullard of Mt. Vernon, and 10 grandchildren.

Services were Monday at Tygart Funeral Home with burial in Bellefontaine Cemetery.
