WILLIAM SAMUEL BRADLEY

William Samuel Bradley, 39, a mechanic employed by Hasting  Equipment co., died very suddenly at his home at 711 College avenue at 5:45 p.m. Friday (10 Jun 1955) after engaging in his regular daily employment.

 

Death probably was the result of a coronary condition, according to the attending physician.

 

The deceased was life-long resident of the Mt. Vernon community and a member of Mt. Vernon Church of the Nazarene.

 

The body is at the Weisinger Funeral Home and will remain there through the funeral service set for 2:30 p.m. Monday in the Weisinger chapel.  Rev. Ernest Hopper, pastor of the church of the Nazarene, will be the officiating minister.  (Burial was in Beech Grove Cemetery.)

 

Surviving are the wife, nee Della Darnell; the father, Oscar Bradley; Mt. Vernon; a son, William Samuel Bradley, Jr., at home; four daughters, Mrs. Melvin Capes, Mt. Vernon, and Sheila Gay, Gwendolyn Sue and Phyllis Ann Bradley, at home; one grandchild, and three sisters, Mrs. Steve Hoover and Mrs. William Boyd, Evansville, and Mrs. Alvis Ashley, Daylight, Ind.

 

The deceased was the son of Oscar Bradley and Della Curtis Bradley.  The mother is deceased.
