Mrs. Sadie Phelps Corder, 62, a former Mt. Vernon and Evansville resident, died Saturday (19 Apr 1955) night in Los Angeles, Calif., local relatives have been advised.
Following a funeral service Tuesday in Los Angeles, the body is en route to Evansville where services will be held at the Johann Memorial Temple, Evansville funeral arrangements were incomplete
today. The body is due to reach Johann Funeral Home Friday afternoon. (Buried at Oak
Hill Cemetery in Evansville,
IN.)
Near surviving relatives in Mt. Vernon include the aged father, James Phelps; a
brother, William Phelps, and a sister, Mrs. Allie B. Tomlinson.
