Philip E. Esche, 78, well known retired
farmer of R.R. 2, Mt. Vernon, died at 7:40 p.m. Monday (17 Nov 1952) at Welborn Memorial Baptist Hospital in Evansville. A heart condition caused death.
The body is at the Johann Funeral Home in Evansville and will remain there until 10 a.m. Thursday when it will be taken to St.
Peter's Methodist Church at St. Philips where the funeral service
will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday. Burial will be in the church
cemetery. Rev. W. H. McGowan, pastor of St. Peter's and St. Paul's Methodist Churches in Marrs township will be the
officiating clergyman.
Surviving are
the wife Bertha, and nieces and nephews.
