Charles William Haley, 53, a farmer residing on Dam 49 road in Point township, died this morning in Welborn Memorial Baptist Hospital in Evansville.

 

The body has been brought to Weisinger funeral Home in Mt. Vernon but funeral arrangements were incomplete early this afternoon.

 

Surviving are the wife; the mother, Mrs. Mary Haley, Indianapolis; a brother, Basil Haley, R. R. 4, Mt. Vernon and a sister, Mrs. James Norris, Indianapolis.

 

The decease had been ill since last October.  He was a native of Barren county, Ky., and came to Posey county seven years ago.

Funeral services for Charles William Haley, 53, Point township farmer who died yesterday in Welborn Memorial Baptist Hospital in Evansville, will be conducted Thursday afternoon.

 

Rev. Floyd S. Stephens, pastor of South Mt. Vernon Methodist Parish will officiate at a service at 2 p.m. Thursday at Weisinger Funeral Home chapel and at graveside rites at Weiss cemetery west of Mt. Vernon.
