ELLA J HECKMAN
Ella J Heckman, 79, wife of Louis Heckman, died yesterday
afternoon at
She had been a resident of that community for many years and was a
member of St. Stephen's Episcopal Church, Order of Eastern Star and Daughters
of American Revolution.
Near survivors in addition to the husband, who operated a drug
store in New Harmony for many years are a daughter, Mrs. Sumner Ferguson,
Mattoon, Ill; a son, Louis F. Heckman, Canton, Ohio; a sister, Mrs. Katharine Wissler, New Harmony; a brother, Robert L. Johnson, Davis, Calif; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
The body is at the Shoultze-Werry
