DIANE CAROL (Mc Alear) WALKER

 

 

MOUNT VERNON - Diana Carol (McAlear) Walker, age 60, passed away on Saturday, November 11, 2006, at Denver Health Care Trauma Hospital in Colorado.

 

She was born on February 5, 1946, in Evansville of Dorothy (Meinschein) Freimiller and late Richard McAlear.

 

Diana is a graduate of Mount Vernon High School and attending University Southern Indiana. She was employed at U.S. West Telephone Company. She enjoyed reading, art, and traveling.

 

She is survived by her mother, Dorothy Freimiller of Mount Vernon, Indiana; her two daughters, Melissa Ramsey and her husband, Jeff, of Denver, Colorado, and Tamara Hart and her husband, Richard, of Holiday, Florida; her grandson, Joshua Hart; and her sister, Beverly Henry and her husband, Tony, of Indianapolis, Indiana. She is also survived by Uncle John and Aunt Joy Walker, Uncle Ferrell and Aunt Joyce Meinschein, Aunt Carolyn and Uncle Chet Zuber, Uncle George Meinschein, and Uncle Melvin Meinschein, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

 

Services were held on Wednesday, November 15, 2006, at Saint John's Cathedral in Denver, Colorado, with Rev. Peter Eaton officiating. Burial will be at a later date at Olympia Park in Olympia, Washington.
