During the past week license to wed has been issued to Ellis E Cassady and Alna Kantz, Glen Thompson and Susie Galbreath, and Walter L. Ingram and Jennie Clary.

One marriage license the past week--to Taylor D. Youngblood and Blanch M. Purdy. 

Leo Maud Knarr, little daughter of Thomas Knarr and wife, died last Thursday night after only a few days sickness. Services were held at Indian Creek church Saturday forenoon by Rev. Simon of Winamac, followed by interment in the cemetery there. The child's age was seven months and twelve days.
