ASH- 1896 - Putnam

Hattie Ash, by her attorney, PO Colliver, has filed suit for divorce in the Putnam Circuit Court from her husband, Andrew Ash. The complaint alleges that Andrew has threatened to take plaintiff’s life that he has driven her out of the house and also charges the defendant with drunkenness and failure to provide; the plaintiff asks for a decree of divorce $500 alimony, custody of the two children born to them and all other proper relief.
