August Deitz ask court divorce be set aside

August Dietz, of Indianapolis a former resident of this city has filed a petition in the circuit court asking that the divorce decree grant his former wife, the late Mrs. Frances deitz be set aside. Mr. (sic) Deitz was granted a divorce last December and shortly afterwards died. Her property was left to a nephew. The petition sets out that Mr. Deitz did not know of the filing of the divorce preceedings or of the granting of the decree until the fourth of this month.
