Bessie H. Green, Plaintiff,
versus Hal E. Green, Defendant.
Comes now the plaintiff and
files her complain herein, together with an affidavit that the defendant, Hal
E. Green is a non-resident of the state of Indiana said action is for divorce.
Notice is hereby given said defendant that unless she be and appear on the 8th
day of June 1954, the same being the 56th judicial day of the April
Term 1954 of the Putnam Circuit Court, Putnam County state of Indiana to be
held in the court house in the City of Greencastle, Indiana and answer or demur
to said complaint, the same will be heard and determined in his absence. In
witness where of I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of said court
at Greencastle, Indiana this the 8th day of April 1954. William R.
