McCurry, Joseph - Gertrude - July 1910 - Putnam

Joseph A. McCurry has filed suit for divorce from Gertrude F. McCurry in the Putnam Circuit Court.  The complaint alleges that the parties were married in 1894 and that the defendant deserted the plaintiff in the present year. That there are three children of 10, 12 and 15 years of age and the plaintiff asks the custody of all three. Jackson Boyd is the attorney for the plaintiff.
