Jennie STITES, will apply for a decree of divorce from her husband, T.J. Stites, and alleges in her complain that TJS has at various times and on diverse occasions drawn pistols on her, struck her, twisted her arm and
otherwise done her bodily injury. The parties have been married about 16 years have had 10 children born to them and the wife is now 33 years old. -

Jennie Stites had her liege lord, TS Stites arraigned before Squire Hathaway on Wednesday last alleging that he threatened to take her life, and that she feared bodily harm at his hands. The case was continued on
promise of Stites to leave the country and let his wife live in peace. If he fails to fulfill his promise he will be rearrested and the penalty of the law inflicted. The Stites family are residents of Reelsville.
