Townsend-Murray - Novilla - Putnam

Murray L. Townsend, a mechanic residing on South Indiana Street has filed suit for divorce in the Putnam Circuit court against Novilla Townsend. Custody of three minor children is also asked by the plaintiff. The couple were married August 5, 1918 and separated Jan 15, 1925 according to the complaint.  According to the suit the defendant would call the plaintiff names unbecoming to a lady and refused to prepare his meals.
