On application of Robert A. Best, a verdict has been handed down by Judge James P. Hughes in the Putnam Circuit court declaring James A. Best insane and in need of hospital care. An order was made committing Best to the Hospital for the Insane at Evansville. Best formerly lived at Mt. Olive south of the County House it is said.
