Cherry, John - trumps the tramp - Putnam

A tramp called at the home of John Cherry, the Big Four baggage man, in North Greencastle last evening and made a very urgent demand to be admitted to the house. John was not at home but happened along in time to land a large milk bucket over his trampship’s head. That was all, the tramp left and John didn’t cry over spilt milk. - kbz
