On Christmas Eve, the prosecuting attorney at Hannibal, Mo dismissed the prosecuting pending against Mrs. Fannie C. Hearne, formerly of this city who was charged with the murder of Amos J. Stilwell and Dr. Hearne and wife have returned to their home in California. - kbz
