At Bainbridge a few days ago, a suit for
bastardy was filed against Joseph RISK. Lillie Shuee is the complaining
witness.

In the paternity suit brought by Miss LA Shuee
against Joseph Risk, a preliminary hearing was had on Monday with Risk bound
over to appear for trial at Putnam Circuit Court; bail was fixed at $500. Hon.
PO Colliver appeared for the plaintiff; Hon.
SA Hays for the defendant.
