SUTHERLIN, Wilbur - Putnam

Last week we noted that Wilbur Sutherlin of Russellville had been fine $10.50 for having a squirrel in his possession. He paid the fine and then sued the game wardens who got him into trouble for trepass. Judge Staggs of the Russellville Court of Common Pleas decided there was no case and threw it out of court.
