THOMAS, Eva - will - Putnam

The last will of Eva Thomas, late Greencastle woman, was admitted to probate in circuit court Thursday afternoon. The document leaves the entire estate to the husband, Aaron Thomas and provides that upon his demise the estate shall be reduced to cash and left equally among the children, subject to a reduction from the share of one of the children because of a debt. The document, executed Sept 23, 1932, provides for appointment of Franklin S. Thomas, Levi R. Thomas and Ola T. Ellis as executors – thanks muches to Cindy A
