This Indenture Witnesseth that we Washington Allbaugh and Eliza Ann Allbaugh wife of the said Washington Albaugh of Randolph County, in the State of Indiana Convey and Warrant to James Davidson of Delaware County in the State of Indiana for the sum of Two Thousand three hundred and forty $2340.00 Dollars, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the following Real Estate in Randolph County in the State of Indiana to wit: Commencing thirty two, 32, Rods West of the South East corner of section twenty, 20, in Township Twenty, 20, of Range fifteen,15, East thence running East One hundred and twelve, 112, Rods to a half Section line Thence North far enough to include Fifty Two, 52, acres by Running West one Hundred and Twelve, 112, rods and from thence South to the place of Beginning Containing Fifty two, 52, Acres
In Witness Whereof the said Washington Allbaugh and Eliza Ann Allbaugh his wife have hereunto set their hands and seals this Twenty Sixth day of October 1870
