Charles  C. Adelsperger

         Winchester, Ind. - The will of  Chas. C. Adelsperger  was filed Monday with the Clerk of the Randolph Circuit Court.  Provision is made for just debts and funeral expenses.
         The entire estate is left to the wife, Christina Adelsperger, for her life time.  After her death the estate is to go to the James Whitcomb Riley Memorial Association of Indianapolis.
         Wenner E. Adelsperger  was named executor of the will which was written July 29, 1935 and witnessed by  Walter E. Vernon  and Ernest E. Turner.
