She was born in Winchester, August 6, 1957, the daughter of Virgil and Bernadine Hart Harrell, and graduated from Ivy Tech.
Julie was a cashier at the Village Pantry at Reserve and University.
Surviving are her daughter, Nicole Harrell, Muncie; her brother, Dennis Harrell, Muncie; two grandchildren, Taylor Upton and Nathan Williamson, both of Muncie; her nephew, Brandon Harrell, Muncie; and her best friends, B. J. Stephens, and Christy Atkins, (husband, Steve), all of Muncie.
Services will be 1:00 p.m. Thursday, September 28, 2006 at Parson Mortuary. Cremation will follow. The family will receive friends from noon to 1:00 p.m. Thursday at the mortuary.
