Former Winchester Resident Dies ----------

          Word was received here Thursday that Mrs. Charles Protsman, formerly of this city, died Thursday morning at her home in Marquette, Mich.
          She was the mother of Mrs. Harold Ryan of this city. Mr. Protsman was the first owner of the variety store of this city.
