Rephald Slusher

          Services were held today for Rephald "Reffie" Slusher, 61, Ridgeville, who died Sunday at Ball Memorial Hospital, Muncie. Internment took place in Hopewell Cemetery, north of Farmland.
          Born on Feb. 27, 1942, to Elbert and Margaret R. (Reed) Slusher in Parker City, he was a 1960 graduate of Parker High School. He married Sondra Hyde who survives. He worked in metal stamping manufacturing since the age of 18 and retired from Central Manufacturing, Parker City in 2002.
          Other survivors include four daughters, Yvette Pitlik, Yvonne Cornish and Mrs. Paul (Victoria) Salmon, all of Canyon City, Colo., and Mrs. Kenny (Valerie) Bumbalough, Ridgeville; a sister, Mrs. Mark (Retta Kay) Marcum, Parker City; 13 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
          Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's choice. Miller Mortuary, Farmland, handled the arrangements.
