The said deceased was at the time of his death the owner of the following described real estate, to wit: The south west fourth of the southwest quarter of section #32 in township #9 north of range 12 east containing 40 acres more or less valued at 250.00. Also the northwest fourth of the northeast quarter of section #5 in Township #8 north of range 12 east containing forty acres more or less, valued at 100.00, making the whole value of the real estate 350.00, and we the undersigned appraisers do appraise the said real estate to three hundred and fifty dollars, after deducting the widows right of dower in the same.
