Michael D. Bone, 40, of Falmouth, died Saturday, Oct. 4, 2003, at his home. Born June 16, 1963, in Frankfort, Ind., he was the son of Bill and Betsy (Trent) Bone. Mr. Bone had lived in the Falmouth area for the past four years. Prior to that he had lived in Rushville. He had been employed at Visteon in Connersville for the past 17 years. Survivors include his mother, Betsy (Mrs. Dave) Bone Brown of Shelbyville; one daughter, Shelby Bone (and her mother, Angela Bone Schepper) of New Palestine; three brothers, Richard Peterson of Rushville, Scott Bone of Shelbyville, and Chill Elmore of Laurel; two sisters, Joni Davis and Susan (Mrs. Scott) Tebbe, both of Rushville; and one granddaughter, Oscar Bone of Lafayette. He was preceded in death by his father. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Moster & Cox Mortuary in Rushville, with the Rev. Charles Justice and Pastor Rick Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in East Hill Cemetery in Rushville. Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Friday at the mortuary. Memorial contributions are requested to a college fund for Shelby Bone c/o the funeral home.
