Bloomfield Cemetery in on County road 950N in Grass Township. Go to Old State Road off of 62 (going east on 62 or from Warrick Co towards Spencer) go south, make a right on County Rd 900 N. Continue going west till you see a sign for the Methodist Church. Go one mile on N County Rd 225 W. At County Rd 950 N make a left and go about 1/2 mile. The google pin marks Bloomfield, not the Cemetery. Cemetery is about 1/2 mile from pin. Cemetery is on the left on a small hill. If you wind up on gravel instead of blacktop, you have gone too far.

I first walked this in July of 2013. I completed this in December of 2013. There are many open area where I suspect headstones once were. This cemetery is currently well taken care of, freshly mowed.

Amy and Sharon Patmore read this cemetery in March of 1986. At that time the oldest grave was 1842 and the newest was 1985 The data sheet lists information from Sharon's readings and as listed in the DAR records. If you can figure out a unreadable stone , please let me know I do not enhance the stones in any way when I am taking photos. By that I mean I do not use shaving cream or chalk to make them more readable. I do enhance photos as to contrast and brightness on my computer. On all pictures I have taken I have the photos saved in a high resolution file if you want or need one, just ask.

There are many areas in the rows with no stones at all and I feel there once were stones. I have about 20 stones so badly worn and faded that I can not tell who the stone goes too. You will find them in the photo album as unreadable. There are 30 + small 2-3 in square stone or concrete markers that show where a grave is but nothing in the way of words or ID. I have these markers in the photo album so you can see them. You will find them under markers or placestones. The number is my picture number
