DEATHS.
  Elizabeth Brode died July 12th, 1889, aged 76 years, 9 months and 27 days.
  Elizabeth Dutter was born in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, in 1812, was married to Frederick Brode in 1831 and resided there until 1853.  She removed to Portage county, Ohio, remaining there until 1864, then to Steuben county, where she resided until her death.
  She was a member of the Methodist church, having joined the church over forty years ago; was the mother of thirteen children, seven of whom are still living.  She was ever a kind affectionate mother, and loved by all who knew her.
