HARRIET (TEETERS) BUCK, 24 Dec 1826 - 21 Nov 1894 Died, at her home
near Ray, Nov. 21, 1894, Mrs. Harriet Teeters Buck, aged 67 years, 10
months and 27 days. Deceased was born in Columbiana county, Ohio, Dec.
24, 1826. When a small girl her parents moved to Sandusky county, Ohio,
and from there to Steuben county in April, 1854. Her husband, Peter
Buck, has been dead about fifteen years. She leaves two children, D. H.
Buck and Hannah J. Ford, two grandchildren, one sister and five
brothers to mourn her departure. She had been a great sufferer for many
years with lung complaint and expressed herself as being ready and
willing to depart. She was a member of the Saint's church, and was
always ready to help the needy, and had many friends as was attested by
the large assembly of people that gathered at her funeral which was
held at the Saints' church Nov. 23d, Elder I. M. Smith officiating.

1894, married Peter Buck, 15 Mar 1813 - 20 Mar 1880. They are buried at
Teeters Cemetery, Steuben County, Indiana. Harriet was the daughter of
Wilson D. Teeters who died 19 Apr 1864 (1854 per 1885 History) aged 62
years, 11 months and 11 days, and Sophia (Smith) Teeters, 25 Feb 1806 -
25 Mar 1887. They are buried at Teeters Cemetery.
CHILDREN: Daniel H. Buck, 1857 - 1935, married 1st, Florence
Nightingale (Kinney) Teeters, 1864 - 29 Sep 1913. They are buried at
Fremont Cemetery, Steuben County, Indiana. He married 2nd, Ada A. K.
(_______) Buck, 18 Nov 1865 - 14 Oct 1939. Ada is buried at Circle Hill
Cemetery, Angola, Steuben County, Indiana. Hannah J. (Buck) Ford, 1857
- 1938, married George Ford, 1853 - 1938. They are buried at Teeters
