(MANN) BUCK, 22 Dec 1831 - 16 Nov 1907 Sarah Mann, daughter of Phillip and Margaret Mann, was born in Starke county, Ohio, Dec. 22, 1831, died while making a visit with her son in Pleasant Lake, Ind., Nov. 16, 1907, aged 75 yrs. 10 mo. 24 days. When eleven years of age she came to DeKalb county, Ind., and there grew to womanhood. In 1853 she was united in marriage to Moses A. Buck, who died in 1876. To this union four children were born--three sons and one daughter. She is survived by two sons and the daughter, 8 grand-children and two great-grandchildren. Of her father's family of sixteen children, one brother and two sisters remain. Besides these she leaves to mourn their loss a host of relatives and friends. Funeral services were held at the M. E. church at Hamilton, Ind., Nov.17, conducted by Nathaniel Baker. Interment in the Hamilton cemetery. ADDILTIONAL INFORMATION: Sarah A. (Mann) Buck, 22 Dec 1831 - 16 Nov 1907, married Moses A. Sarah was the daughter of Phillip Mann Sr., 11 Dec 1789 - 06 Feb 1876, and Margaret (Hamman) Mann, 10 Apr 1814 - 05 Nov 1882. They are buried at Hamilton Cemetery. CHILDREN: Franklin Pierce Buck, 28 Nov 1853 - 08 Sep 1914, on 25 Oct 1877 married Rachel (Langley) Buck, 24 Jul 1856 - 1929. They are buried at Pleasant Lake Cemetery, Steuben County, Indiana. Lucy (Buck) Crowl, 26 Jul 1858 - 29 Apr 1916, on 08 Sep 1879 married Edward Crowl, 14 Mar 1855 - 29 Jan 1929. Edward was the son of John Crowl, 29 Dec 1828 - 14 Jan 1904, and Margaret (Link) Crowl, 25 Nov 1827 - 29 Mar 1899. They are all buried at Hamilton Cemetery.
