ALLEN COGAN, 18 Jul 1837 - 18 Apr 1902

   Allen Cogan was born in Stark county, Ohio, July 18, 1837, and 
died at Steubenville, Steuben county, Indiana, April 18, 1902, aged 
63 years and 9 months.  Mr. Cogan had been in poor health nearly a 
year, and for a number of months was unable to help himself, but 
bore his sufferings patiently.  Funeral took place at the home of 
Mr. and Mrs. Shiley, in Steubenville, April 20, at 10 a.m., 
conducted by Rev. J. T. Ransburg.  Burial in County Line cemetery.
