Coldwater Reporter, March 1926
Mrs. Emma J. Duke died at 7 o'clock Wednesday
evening
at the home of her son, Claude Duke, 300 W. Pearl Street, at the age of
73 years. She has made her home in Coldwater for the past two
years.
Besides the son mentioned, she leaves two
daughters,
Mrs. Maude Munch of Benton Harbor, Michigan and Mrs. Grace Knecht of
Montpelier,
Ohio and two brothers, W.M. Moore of Berlamont, Michigan and J.R. Moore
of Montpelier, Ohio. There are seven grandchildren.
Burial will occur at Orland, Indiana at 1:30 pm
Friday,
and Rev. C.W. Mackenzie of this city will be in charge of the services.
