        JOSEPH HORNER   

        At Pleasant Lake, June 23, 1880, Joseph Horner, aged 72 years, 5
months
and 12 days. 
        The deceased until recently resided in Hancook County, Ohio, and
was the
father of Mrs. R.J. Willard.  He had been ill for a considerable portion of
the time for the past four years.  He was a consistent member of the
Dunkard Church for twenty years, and his remains were laid to rest in the
Pleasant Lake Cemetery.
